The company has full fledged Customer Service Center to provide total technical support for the equipment sold by the company.  The technical support comprises of the following :

Pre-delivery inspection
Installation of the equipment
Maintenance during the warranty
Maintenance after the expiry of the warranty

The customer service set-up is headed by an experienced and qualified service manager under whom a team of trained and experienced engineers look after  the customer support.

Service engineers are trained to provide maintenance support to large spectrum of equipments viz., copiers (mono + colour), printers, scanners, MFPs, shredders, balers, laminators, multimedia projectors, franking meters, auto mailing systems, large format copiers, plotters and printers, biometric equipments, security products, CCTV, PA systems and many more.

A streamlined system of stocking spare parts and consumables is operative to provide timely support to machines in the field.

Under the customer support set-up a separate team also exists to provide networking installation, first level support for PCs, laptops, computer accessories in addition to hands-on training in the network and internet range.
